Palolo Valley is an older area with several ethnicities living side by side; it stretches the whole depth and width of the valley and has several affordable single family dwellings on the market. Palolo District Park provides wide open spaces, basketball courts, and a children's playground; it also hosts Summer Fun Programs every year for young residents to enjoy during their school holidays.
