Real Estate in Port Allen/Eleele Kauai

Port Allen is the second major deep water port that is used by ships that enter Kauai. This port is crucial because the other one becomes very crowded at times, so this one is used as a backup. 

There are also residential areas that overlook the port. One such area is currently being built. This community will overlook the harbor. Seventy-five condos are being built alongside 60 single family homes, the current cost is already up to $40 million. There is also a shopping center up the road from the harbor for those that need it.
