How to Move Your Items to Hawaii Kai

Moving all your items to Hawaii Kai can be a difficult task. You will probably want to move all your furniture including couches, lamps, tables and etc. To move all your items to Hawaii Kai easily, you should hire a mover. The mover will arrive at your house in the U.S. Continental and pack all the items. They will use high quality cartons to pack all your items so that they won’t get damaged during the relocation. They have the equipments to pack the small and large furniture. They will handle all your items with care so all your items should arrive in Hawaii without getting damaged. The mover will pack all the items into a large truck. After that they will transfer the cartons to a ship. The ship will set off to Honolulu port. It will take approximately 3 weeks for your items to arrive at the Honolulu port.

If you let the mover pack your stuffs, you have to pay more fees. Most of the costs are derived from the packaging. To reduce the cost, you can pack as much stuff as possible in the boxes. In this way, the mover will charge lesser packaging cost. You can add padding to the stuffs in the box so that the mover doesn’t need to add them. The average cost of hiring a mover to pack all the items in padding and boxes is about $1000. You must pack all the items that you want to bring to Hawaii. You cannot pack the items in containers or plastic bags. The mover will not ship items that are packed in containers. You have to make sure that every single item is boxed. The only thing you don’t need to pack in box is the bicycle. After packing all the items, you should pack them in larger box. You should start packing your items a few weeks in advance.

If you are moving expensive furniture, it is recommended that you let the mover pack all the items. It is important that you hire a mover at least one day in advanced of your relocation date. In this way, you don’t have to rush to the airport since they will take a few hours to move to Hawaii Kai. Once you arrive in Hawaii, you should make friends with the people there. If you have kids, you can let them participate in a children group such as MOPS and Baby Hui group. You can also join a social clubs.
