Occupants will need to shell out quite a big amount of money though, as down payments for each unit is around 35% of the cost. 

Security is never an issue here as security guards patrol the area very often, and even the elevators are well-secured. Included in the maintenance cost is the electricity, and AC units are already mounted here. Despite the absence of built-in parking slot, there are ample parking spaces available for rent.
