Since Honolulu Tower is very near most office buildings, a lot of residents, which are usually downtown workers, prefer to stay in this condominium complex. The place is also just a few meters away from night clubs, restaurants and cinemas. Although there is no centralized air conditioning provided, residents can opt to install their own air conditioning unit at their expense. Security is provided in the form of locked lobby, intercom and private security services. Unfortunately, no parking is provided for guests.
