Oahu Real Estate Market March 2010 Update
Single family homes went up 32% this March compared to March, 2009. Condo sales also increased a dramatic 36%.
The average sales price of single family homes increased 4.1% in March compared to March, 2009. For condo, the increase was 3.2%. From the chart below you can see, prices in both categories have remained stable over the past year.
