Guide to Hawaii Loa Ridge
Hawaii Loa Ridge is an affluent residential community located in the east of Honolulu. It is equipped with various kinds of facilities including tennis court, clubhouse and parks. If you are looking for a luxury house, you should consider moving here. In this community, you will find many multi million dollars homes. The size of the homes is quite large. There is a park with large empty space for performing all kinds of activities. You can barbecue and picnic at the park. If you live here, you will have access to many beaches. Nearby there are many mountains and reefs. The houses provide an overview of the city lights in Waikiki.
The trail at Hawaii Loa Ridge real estate offers a beautiful view of the Waikiki area. If you hike along the ridge, you will be able to get a good view of the whole windward coast. The total length of the hiking trail is 1.5 mile. It is relatively easy to hike the beginning part of the trail. When you come to the end of the trail, you will face a bit challenges because of the steep terrain. The hike can be strenuous so it is important that you bring water and snacks. You should take about 3 – 4 hours to reach the top of the Ridge. Since it is located in the residential neighborhood, you must get permission from the guard at the guardhouse. You need to be a Hawaii resident in order to access the hiking trail. If you are a foreigner, it is recommended that you travel along with a local guide. To prove you are a Hawaii resident, you must show the Hawaii ID. If you cannot show the Hawaii ID, you will not be able to access the hiking trail. If you have a car, you can drive on the paved road and head towards the Paka Nahele Park. If you want to hike on foot, you must be careful because it is relatively wet. On the two sides of the trail, you will find grassy ridges.
