There are many attractions that Kalapaki possess. For example, Kalapaki Beach is probably the most popular tourist attraction, just because it has beautiful white sands that you read about in brochures and are ideal of what you believe a Hawaiian beach to be like, coupled with crystal clear waters.
One of the main reasons that tourists and resident flock to this beach is for the swimming. The waters are not rough and choppy like so many other beaches in Hawaii are, making it safe for everyone and very relaxing. There are beach houses that surround Kalapaki Beach, in which any tourist can take advantage of and spend their entire vacation soaking up the rays on one of the prestigious beaches in Hawaii, which is the picture perfect way in many people's minds to spend their vacation.
This area is also a great place to visit for those that wish to partake in on the sport of golf. Two championships golf courses are located very near the famous Kalapaki Beach. So while the kids and the wife are enjoying a day of sun and fun, the husband can enjoy a round or two of golf. The golf course actually overlooks the beach because it is built around the cliffs, giving a completely different feel to the course than most people are accustomed to playing on, which is part of the allure of the course for many players.
When visiting Hawaii, you are more than likely going to travel to several different areas so that you can get a full experience, be sure to include Kalapaki on your list of where to visit. If not, you are cheating yourself out of a very relaxing experience.
