When making the decision to move to Kauai, Hawaii, the person may decide that since they are going to be there for a limited time or if they do not really know how long they intend to stay in the area that renting is the way that they should go. First, many of the leases in Kauai area are offered on a month to month basis for those that are not sure whether they will be staying for long periods of times or not. Other rentals may specify that the renter must agree to sign the lease for at least a year before they can move out. If they move out before this time, then they will still be responsible for paying the rent each month until the end of the lease agreement.
