Maui real estate offer diversity like all the seven divisions found on the Pacific Island, which is also known as the ‘The Magic Isle’. The Hanna / East Maui region is one lush tropical area. Hanna is a tropical paradise separated from the rest of the island. It is Maui’s last underdeveloped placed. Here you’ll still find virgin rainforests, beautiful vivid rainbows and amazing and magnificent waterfalls, black sand beaches and the steep east side of Haleakala. For over 30 years, the area has been “the” place of lots of artists and free spirits. Found in the dusk of Haleakala, Kihei is considered as one of the sunniest places in Maui. The stretch of the coast offers very beautiful beaches.

Elevated from 1,000 to 4,000 feet, Upcountry is located on the flanks of Haleakala. The towns of Upcountry are Makawao, Olinda, Pukalani and Kula. These towns have such spectacular views and beautiful weather. From here, you may see the north and south shores of Maui.

Then, you’ll find the West Maui real estate. This place is home to one of the most beautiful forests on the west Maui Mountains. In addition, it also has manicured golf courses, white sand beaches, pineapple fields and amazing blue bays. The bays and beaches found in Kaanapali are definitely amazing to see. As for the activities, you may swim, snorkel and do other water activities. The properties in Kaanapali are very much popular and in demand. Kapalua, Napili, Kahana and Honokawai are also the other towns located in the area.
